Terms of Use

The practical rules for accounts, benchmark runs, public submissions, and responsible use of BLXBench.

01

Operator

This page, domain, and the public BLXBench service are operated by bitslix.com. References to BLXBench describe the benchmark product and service operated through that domain.

Official operator, contact, and security information is available through https://bitslix.com.

02

Using BLXBench

BLXBench provides a public benchmark site, account features, and the blxbench runner for evaluating AI models. You may use the service for lawful benchmarking, research, comparison, and development workflows.

You are responsible for the prompts, model outputs, API credentials, reports, and other content you submit or generate while using BLXBench.

03

Accounts and access

Some features require an account, verified email, pass tier, API key, or device login. Keep your credentials secure and revoke keys or sessions you do not recognize.

We may limit, suspend, or remove access when activity threatens service reliability, attempts to bypass quotas, abuses public submissions, or violates these terms.

04

Benchmark submissions

Submitted reports may appear on public pages such as leaderboards, model detail pages, run detail pages, and aggregate statistics. Public submissions may include model identifiers, provider labels, scores, costs, metadata, submitter display names, and timestamps.

Do not submit reports that include secrets, private customer data, or content you do not have permission to share.

05

No professional advice

BLXBench results are informational benchmarks, not professional, financial, legal, procurement, or safety advice. Model behavior can change over time and may vary by provider, configuration, rate limits, and test conditions.

You should validate models in your own environment before relying on them for production decisions.

06

Service changes

We may update tests, scoring, routes, pass tiers, limits, account features, or submission rules as BLXBench evolves. We may also remove spam, malformed, abusive, or misleading submissions.

We aim to preserve transparency around benchmark methodology, but the service is provided as-is and may change without prior notice.

07

Contact

Questions about these terms, account requests, and general contact should go through https://bitslix.com. Security concerns should also be reported privately through bitslix.com rather than through a public issue.
